By checking the ‘terms & conditions’ box, you acknowledge that you have approved of the final design, that the information is accurate and spelled correctly, that the text is legible and contrasts against the background, that the images are clear and don’t appear blurry, that nothing is overlapping or too close to the margins, and finally, that you approve of the quantity as it appears on the screen. Due to their personalized nature, BESPOKE Candles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that your BESPOKE Candle is broken in shipment, simply email a photo of the packaging and a photo of the broken Candle to CustomerService@maxs.com and we will be happy to replace it free of charge.
